How do I request a Return or Exchange?
You can easily submit a return or exchange request by contacting us at mybatua@mybatua.com.
Once you have sent a mail, a member of our team will review your request and contact you via email with the approval status and next steps.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- For Partial COD orders, refunds will only be issued in the form of a Gift Card. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
- Products purchased during a Sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a Gift Card, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- COD orders are eligible for refunds only in the form of a Gift Card, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.
- Once an item has been exchanged or returned, it is not eligible for any further returns or exchanges.
- Products purchased during a Last Piece Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Pickup Charges
- Reverse pickup services are available at an additional charge of ₹150.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges required to ship the product back to our warehouse in India.
- Refunds for international returns will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours after the returned product has been received and approved at our warehouse.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Note
Items purchased during Clearance Sales, Flash Sales, and Last Piece Sales are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
