📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders at mybatua.in are made-to-order and are processed with care before dispatch.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 working days, including processing, tailoring, quality checks, and shipping.
  • This timeline applies to Prepaid, COD, and Partial COD orders.
  • During sales, promotions, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
  • If there is any delay in dispatch, you may contact us via Customer Care, Instagram, or WhatsApp for an update.


Order Cancellation During Sales & Promotions

Orders placed during any sale, promotional offer, or discount campaign can only be cancelled before fulfillment.

  • In such cases, refunds will be issued only as Store Credit.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will not be processed under any circumstances.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed during sale or promotional periods.


⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner.
  • Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order is delayed or delivery attempts are not being made, please contact us and we will assist in ensuring successful delivery or arrange a reshipment where applicable.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.
  • COD charge of ₹150 will apply.
  • All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
  • You should receive a confirmation call within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If you miss the call or do not receive it, you may contact our Customer Care team during working hours to confirm your order.
  • Orders will be dispatched only after successful confirmation.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD services being disabled for future purchases.


🧾 Partial COD Orders

  • Partial COD is available on eligible orders.
  • Customers are required to pay ₹300 in advance, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.
  • No additional shipping or COD charges apply to Partial COD orders.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  • If a dispatched Partial COD order is cancelled, the advance amount of ₹300 will not be refunded.
  • If the order is refused or cancelled at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as cancelled and the advance payment will be forfeited.
